We do not accept refunds unless the product delivered is not the product ordered, or the product arrives broken.
If your return is approved after providing proof, we will initiate a refund to your credit card . You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Lost parcels are not refundable. It will be the responsibility of the customer to liaise with Australia Post.
